Checking in with the Florida boards and CAMs here. Where are you actually at on SB 4-D, the milestone inspection, and the SIRS?
I'm less interested in the statute text (we all have it) and more in where it's jamming up in real life. Is it getting an engineer scheduled? Funding the reserve once the number comes back? Explaining any of it to owners without a riot? Lining up financing for the big-ticket items? Where are you stuck?
