- How long is the free period?
- We don't have a fixed end date. Leads stay free while we grow the network. We'll give vendors at least 60 days' notice before any paid model goes live, and early sign-ups will have priority access to the founding rate.
- What verticals do you support?
- Management, insurance, legal, accounting, banking, reserve studies, and general vendor. If you serve Florida HOA and condo associations in any professional capacity, this list is for you.
- How many leads will I get?
- Volume depends on the counties you serve and how many association boards post procurement needs. We route only when there's a real match. We won't flood your inbox with cold lists.
- What happens when the free period ends?
- We'll reach out before anything changes. Early sign-ups will get a founding-rate offer before any price becomes public. There's no obligation. You can opt out at any point.
