Does joining this list activate my business for lead routing?
No. The list records your interest so our team can follow up. It does not create a platform account, verify your business or activate coverage. On the platform, an authorized business administrator completes verification and selects supported services and counties. Eligible matches depend on demand and availability.
Is this free forever, or just for now?
Receiving matched leads is free and stays free. There is no trial timer and no end date to plan around. If we publish paid vendor plans they will add reach and analytics on top, and we will give at least 60 days' notice before that happens.
What verticals do you support?
Management, insurance, legal, accounting, banking, reserve studies, and general vendor. If you serve HOA and condo associations in any professional capacity, this list is for you.
How many leads will I get?
Volume depends on the counties you serve and how many association boards post procurement needs. We route only when there's a real match. We won't flood your inbox with cold lists.
What would I ever pay for?
