Pricing
Free at launch for the people the platform is built for. Paid tiers when there’s something worth paying for.
Free at launch
Boards, management companies, and verified vendors all use the full platform free of charge during pilot. That means:
- Unlimited posts, RFPs, and proposals across the core platform: the Common Area forum, the RFP Hub, the vendor directory, messaging, and the people-and-organizations directory.
- Vendor verification with credential-backed badges (LCAM, contractor license, attorney bar admission, insurance license).
- Multi-organization context for managers and counsel who serve many associations.
- The public tools stay free: statute reference, calculators, the document analyzer, get-quotes matching, and a free association website with an owner portal.
What we’ll charge for, eventually
We don’t have committed paid pricing yet. The shape we expect, when the time comes:
- Vendor pro tier. Featured directory placement, deeper analytics on RFP performance, and tools that help busy estimators turn proposals around faster. The baseline directory listing stays free. Pro buys speed and visibility, not access.
- Management company tier. Portfolio-level dashboards, cross-association reporting, and integrations with the GL/AP/AR systems most management firms already run. Built when we have ten management companies on the platform telling us exactly what they want.
- Developer API and industry data. The Developer API and the industry-data products have published tiers on the developers page. Platform billing is off until general availability. The public tools (statute reference, calculators, get-quotes matching, and the free association website) are not on this list. They are free today and stay free.
What we won’t do
- Surprise bills. We won’t auto-charge an account that hasn’t explicitly opted into a paid plan. If we add paid tiers later, you’ll get advance notice and you’ll choose.
- Trial timers on free features. The free tier is durable, not a teaser.
- Pay-to-rank in the directory. Vendor verification is credential-backed. Organic rankings are never for sale. Labeled sponsored slots appear in a clearly marked area, separate from organic results.
Questions
Pricing details get more concrete as the platform matures. For today, the answer to “how much will this cost?” is “nothing during pilot, and you’ll see paid tiers long before they apply to you.” If you want specifics for your situation, get in touch.
