- Yes. The app is free to download on the App Store and Google Play, and looking up associations, reading the forum and searching the statutes cost nothing.
- Can I look up my HOA or condo association in the app?
- Yes. Search the national directory by name, or pan the map to your street. Each association has its own page with what the public record says about it, and you can follow it to hear when something changes.
- Which devices does it run on?
- iPhone and iPad from the App Store, and Android phones and tablets from Google Play.
- Is it the same account as the website?
- Yes. Sign in with the account you use on commonelements.com. Your associations, RFPs, messages and forum activity are the same in both places.
- Do Common Elements links open in the app?
- When the app is installed, links to association pages, forum threads, RFPs, messages and other screens the app has open straight in the app. Pages the app does not have, such as the calculators and state guides, stay in your browser.
