I was told they sent anemail that one of my window has leakage and need repair/ replace, but Hughes Management did not sent any report or photos as evidence, then. I got inspected by window technician who works on siding and Trim as well, he prepared a report and took pictures of window siding and trim, I sent this report to Hughes Management also with report and photos, I have not heard back from Hughes Management, I need your help or advice.
