Landscaping Crew blew dirt, pebbles and leaves on our cars

Hi all. Peters Landscaping was here leaf blowing today and turning it into mulch. They were blowing dirt, leaves and pebbles onto our cars and homes. Is there anyone in the HOA that we can contact about this? After they are finished I'll need to go outside to check for scratches and dings on the cars by the houses. They are just haphazardly blowing it all over the place. If there is damage, what can the HOA do? I wish we were alerted earlier so we could ensure that we move the cars from the work area. :(
