Are trash containers included to all residents?

Hi Vincent, welcome to Common Elements. It depends on the community. Some associations contract trash pickup and provide cans to every home. In others, service comes from the city or county, and the carts belong to that hauler. Three places to check: - Your association's rules or budget. If trash service is a line item, the association provides it. - Your management company or board. - Your city or county public works page, which usually covers cart requests and replacements.
