IMPORTANT - Trees in trouble

Hi Everyone, my name is Dave McFarland and I manage a single family home located at 12807 129th Ave Ne, Kirkland, WA 98034-3211. There is one and possibly two large cedar trees that look very weak. I believe the trees are on this home owner's property. However, I want to alert you to this serious issue and inform we are getting quotes for removal.
