C.R.S. §§ 38-33.3-309, -310 (CCIOA)
What the law requires
CCIOA sets the quorum for a meeting of the association and, separately, governs how units owners vote, including allocation of votes, proxies and the effect of the declaration on both.
What it means for boards & managers
Read the quorum section alongside the declaration's allocation of votes. Where a community has mixed unit types, the two together decide whether the meeting can transact business.
